Made an appointment at this location for first available stylist. Their system assigned me to a stylist who elected not to come in. After 30 minutes I was advised that I was out of luck. This was not the first issue I have had with this location. I advise you to stay away from here if you value your time

Walked in to get a hair cut, and asked if there was an 11:30 appointment available. The lady answered I have no idea. I asked can you check, she acted like she was put out and she gave a cursory look and said not that I can tell. I have no problem with no availability I do have a problem with rudeness. Won’t be coming back here again.

I asked for scissors all around and first thing he does is turn on a trimmer and run it up the back of my head. I told him I asked for scissors and he insisted on using a trimmer. F’d up my hair so bad I had to reschedule another one a week or so later to fix if.

Horrible hair cut! Don’t go with the oriental red hair girl She dyed the roots and I had dye in my hand, forehead and the worse hair cut ever! It was so bad that I had to go to a professional to repair! Worse hair cut of my life! She was “senior” but a child would do a better job! I want to have my money back! I have pics and can prove it!!!

I have been getting keratin straightening treatments and haircuts for several years now from this location. I like Lauren’s work very much and it costs me half of what it does at higher end salons. I am very pleased with the service.

Sent my grand daughter today to get her hair colored. They talked her into many other treatments and the bill was207.71. What a rip off this place is . No honor or decency. The tip was over 35.00. They took total advantage of the situation since my grand daughter had my credit card. I will call them in the morning. Never will I go here again.

Great experience. Chakan was very friendly. Also the ladies at this salon were nicer than the ones at Merchant Walk (MW-they have 2 that just make the vibe awful). This location was very diverse and friendly.

Horrible. 14 year old daughter asked to simply have 3 inch trim off total length of hair. What she ended up with was nothing like she asked for. Hairdresser cut off more than 5” total length and layered hair around her face which she has never had done before, nor did she ask for that. Daughter is completely devastated.

I paid $19. When I got to the register I said why are you charging me for a shampoo. You didn’t provide that service. All she did was wet my hair. Will NEVER go there again.

my stylist appointment not available and so I went for first available for a perm and cut on virgin hair. she not only kept perm solution on for 20 minutes but never checked it. when done, I have lost half my hair to breakage with never a word from stylist. she knew because she would not touch my hair with anything but a diffuser blower. Still had rod roller marks when I left. so sad and so ugly. Hair still breaking off.

Worst hair cut my daughter ever had. No experience or products for ethnic hair and took over 2 hours for wash and trim. Stylist was exhausted and confused. No offer to reconcile issues and no apologies. Had to take her to another stylist to fix her hair the following day

Frequently Asked Questions

- Hand sanitizer is a great second option but washing hands with soap is the gold standard and make sure if you are using hand sanitizer, that the alcohol content is between 60-70%.
- Hand washing works because the bubbles pull thing off the skin.
- Use warm water—not super hot because that will dry out your skin leaving cracks for bacteria (good and bad) to seep in.
- Then finish off with a clean towel or paper towel.

1. Click the Client Login on the top right of the webpage.
2. Log into your account. If you do not have a login-please register.
Once logged in-you will be directed to the ‘Check Ins & Appts’ page or you can click on ‘Check Ins & Appts’on the upper right corner of the webpage.
- Click ‘Book Future Appointment.’
- Choose who to book the appointment for.
- Select the service.
- Select your stylist.
- A calendar box will come up with the days of the week. Your stylist has availability on the days that are highlighted in black clockwise. Pick a day to see appointment times your stylist has available.
- To see further dates, click on the view more cycle to scroll through the weeks.
- Pick a date and time that you would like to book an appointment.
- Confirm your appointment.
- View any of your upcoming visits on the ‘Check Ins & Appts’page.
- We will gladly reschedule or cancel your appointment, and we never charge any reschedule or cancellation fees. Your Salon Professional is happy to assist you in finding another time for your visit.
- You can also move your appointment to a time that works best for you through our Hair Cuttery mobile app, where you can book, reschedule and cancel appointments right from your phone!
