    Went in for an appointment that I booked online a few days prior. Was informed when I got there that my stylist wasn’t coming in. And there was only one stylist there who was busy so I had to leave.

    I had my hair cut done by stylist Mickey & she did a great job! It was evening & I was a walkin about 3 weeks ago. I explained what I wanted, showed her a picture & she did it. No stress, no mess. I have thin silver hair that is thinning on top in the front. She had no trouble with it at all. I will be returning

    If you are a black woman and you have natural hair please do not go to any hair cuttery in Charlottesville. They are not trained to do hair of texture not to mention I got my hair just rinsed not using any of there products blow dried and a trim and it cost the price of a full blowout and to flat iron it was extra $14

    I feel like I was robbed at this location. I went in for a simple neck edge up that took 2-3 minutes ( less than 5) and I was charged $14.00!!this was my first visit; the Manager didn't offer me a coupon, which I see now on the Hair Cuttery website for first time visitors for $3.00. I feel jilted, taken & robbed.

    The girl did a good job but, after she cut and washed it she said ok your done. Really you are just going to send out someone with a wet head and call it done. I had to have her blow it out and put some products in it.

    Great service. Very nice. But honestly after hair cut was done realized neck line was still wolf hair and back of head per my wife was uneven so much a blind person could see it. My collar hid it during lunch and our get together today but was very displeased since when we go home late this evening my wife had to correct the imperfections of my cut. I have never complained about a cut from Hair Cuttery but when I reached back on my neck and could grab an inch or more under my neckline below my collar I as well as my wife were displeased. She did an excellent job on what was visible but didnt complete the job. I'm a regular customer without a stylist. Very disappointed I gave her a tip without knowing she did not do her job. I told her I was in a hurry to meet family for a meal. But my wife had to complete the hair cut this evening.

    Brianna butchered my son's beard this afternoon and there's an obvious line in his haircut instead of an even fade. His hair is passable but it'll take a month for his beard to grow back out!

    We'll be waiting until Crystal is there, she does an awesome job.
