Made an online appt about 6 months ago and was almost there when I got a call saying they were busy and couldn’t get to me for another two hours. Hair Cuttery Team - 3/5/22I had an appointment for 3:30, checked in, but ended up waiting more than a half-hour. In the meantime, no one acknowledged my presence or even told me that my appointment was being delayed and going into Overtime. The receptionist was noticeably uninvolved/AWOL and did not check with me or the other person waiting to update us on our appointment status. A half-hour wait for a given appointment is too long. Hair cuttery team. - 1/2/22I had an appointment for my hair to be colored all over and cut. It took almost 45 mins to get the shampoo done prior to drying it to be colored. I was there a total of 2 1/2 hours from start to finish which is way too long. The color pulled all red even after stylist was told that my hair pulls red and would need to take measures to counteract it. The cut began and the stylist was shown the picture of the cut numerous….numerous times. He was told where I was it to be at once cut, length wise, and proceeded to cut it shorter than I wanted. I had asked for a long angled Bob and it came out as a chin length screwed up Bob with barely any angle. My faces showed every ounce of my disappointment. I will never go to a hair cuttery again. I paid over $100 for a color that looks awful and a haircut that is way shorter than I wanted and will now have to get it fixed by going even shorter than what I ever wanted.

- 10/20/21The stylist left me sitting five separate times to answer the phone, go in the back for a bandaid, check customers in, go in the back to get another stylist and to handle a complaint on the phone. - 10/7/21We had appointments for 3:30 and 3:45 - arrived at 3:20. Staff talking in back but no one greeted us. At 3:25 I walked to back to say we were here for appointments and was told, "Have a seat. We'll be with you shortly." At 3:35, still no one, so I returned to the back and was again told, "Have a seat, we'll be with you shortly. Your appointments are at 3:30 and 3:45." - 7/24/21I have gotten two, simple men's haircuts here and my 5 year old son has gotten his haircut here once. At each occasion it was a different stylist but all of them were terrific. - 3/10/21It has been 5 weeks post hair coloring. My hair is in terrible condition because I had to go back twice only to have the wrong color put all over my new highlights. My hair is like straw . The color is mousy and horrible. Why does a marketing leader contact you and YOU GET NO RESPONSE AFTER speaking with them. All she did was fill her quota for the day. STAY away from this place. I went in with beautiful highlight and ask for a half inch touch up . My highlights were destroyed. - 2/10/21How to lose 2 customers in one easy step. My daughter has a really good cut from two lovely ladies, and I decided to give them a try. It says walk in still welcome so I stopped by to see if I could either make appointment or get immediate cut. One lady cutting hair for a client. I waited, patiently, at the desk to see if someone else came out or if she took advantage of a lull in conversation to acknowledge me. I must have been wearing invisibility cape. No acknowledgement whatsoever. After several minutes I gave up and walked out. Market Leader - 2/3/21inexperienced with color . Went in for 1/2 inch ROOT only touch up . I had my beautiful highlights done 5 weeks prior. They destroyed my hair. Put dye all over my highlights WHEN TOLD not to touch highlights. Roots only was my request. Manager insisted she could fix please come back tomorrow. I LEFT with RED hair. 434-465-0677 - 12/23/20I was very clear when I sat down that I didn’t want my ends to flair out. It’s not 1997. My stylist faced my chair away from the mirror while she blow dried my incorrectly cut hair. When she turned the chair I was horrified. I left crying. Horrible experience. She couldn’t even locate my part, after I used my own hands to show her. I’m very upset, and now have to pay for two haircuts.
- 11/18/20The customer service representative Tammy was quite rude through our experience. We were late by two minutes due to an accident on the way there and they canceled our appointment without calling first. This then caused us to wait another 30 minutes for an appointment. We were dismissed to come back by Tammy, after arriving for our rescheduled time frame. We were told that we had left before we could be taken back into the system despite being told to come back in about 30 minutes. They begrudgingly took us at the new time as we had been “technically” scheduled. I would not recommend their service at this location due to the customer service representative Tammy. However, I will note that Monique did an excellent job cutting my partners hair and we appreciate her service. This would have been a 1 star rating if it wasn’t for her.

- 7/24/20Excellent customer service but bad place to get your hair colored blonde. Have been 3 times in the last 3 weeks and my hair is still yellow. Should have went to my normal place. !!!!
- 12/7/19So happy. $20 for a stacked bob! The place was packed but still I was seen right away. 30 minutes total? Incredible. Top of the line cut for twenty dollars!!!!
