- 3/27/23Super uneven fade. Would love if someone could fix it. The second time this has happened
- 3/15/23I was there two days ago, i have a long hair and I asked for a little trim. Yesterday when I was getting ready for work I wash brushing my hair in the mirror and I realized that my hair on the left side is at least 3 inches longer then the other side. You can definitely see the difference. My birthday dinner is tomorrow and I have to attend with this crazy look. I have a 5 months old, I cannot just running around and get it fixed somewhere else. I am really disappointed!!!! I paid $37 dollars for this service and I even left $7 for the tip.
A year ago when I was at this salon, the hairdresser was by himself and he left me every two minutes to answer on the phone. Hair Cuttery Team - 9/5/22service was great, everyone was nice. Hair Cuttery Team - 8/6/22This place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star! Had an appointment, got there an hour early and 15 mins AFTER my appointment time get told would either have to have stylist in training do the cut or need to reschedule for a later time because who we booked with was running late and had another person waiting who’s appointment was AFTER our appointment. Haircuts should not be painful. Hair Cuttery Team. - 9/20/21Absolutely horrible. The girl literally cut across my hair 4 snips and was done. It is uneven and looks like you gave a two year old free reign! I asked her to straighten it in the beginning and then at the end she asked me did I want her to blow dry it. At this point I just wanted away from her. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Do not recommend!!!!!!!!! - 8/16/21If i could rate lower I would. Stylist didnt grasp the concwpt of peekaboo highlights. Wanted red got orange. The color is blotchy and inconsistent. The whole back of my neck was orange. Then when i got up from the shampoo bowl my upper back was soaked through my shirt. Ive tried to reach the manager but no luck. - 7/21/21I had an appointment at 2.05 today. I was never acknowledged once I sat down, like I wasn't waiting. I waited until 2.30 before I asked how much longer would it be and was told she didn't know. She also told me I could come back a 5:00 Really? So why was I given this appointment? There were only 2 stylists in the salon at the time. I understand there is a lack of workers these days but don't over book people if you can not accommodate. Really bad management. My time is just as important as theirs. So I left and went 2 minutes down the rd to GREAT CLIPS and I was in and out in 30 mins. Cost less also. - 6/3/21I was a walk in and Ivory took care of me. She did a hair wash that was WONDERFUL. I could have just stopped there. She cut my hair exactly as I requested.
