Hair Cuttery Team. - 12/17/21Awful experience, my son was getting his hair cut while I was waiting for the person to do mine. A employee (woman) asked if I wanted either this person or that person to cut my hair, I stated it didn't matter as long as who ever did knew how to cut my hair into a Bob I even had a picture of what I wanted.she looked annoyed at my answer, finally the person cutting my hair let's me know she is ready, I show her my picture because I want her to have a idea of what I want , this style cut has so many versions I wanted to make sure she understood what I was looking for. Through the hair cut I keept telling her it was off and it wasn't what I wanted it to look. She keept saying more from the back needed to come off I said ok but still she wasn't stacking the back right. This went on till I just didn't want her to take more hair off, she had no clue how to cut my hair right. The lady who had asked me who I wanted to cut my hair was listening to all of this, at some point she asks her employee if she is OK?(I guess I was doing something wrong by asking for the correct haircut) Hello I am the customer! At this point I didn't know she was the manager!! No point as a manager did she offer me to help achieve to get my desired look. I finally said if I can't make it work I'll have to come back and get it fixed. I called the gentleman who cut my son's hair answered, he was polite and he has done my son's hair nice twice but during our conversation seemed to lack empathy of my disappointment in my experience and unsatisfied results. Said Thursday was the only day his manager could fix mess ups and scheduled me for 2. I am in the middle of moving so this is a terrible time to have to try to fix a terrible hair cut result. I also can't get past the impression that this manager acted unconcerned while my first interaction, knew I wasn't getting the cut I wanted and heard me keep explaining it was looking right and still did nothing to make it right the first time, she would probably have the same attitude when I came in to fix and she may not even have the knowledge her self cause she was watching and listening to me describe what I wanted. - 3/29/18I was very disappointed with the service I received , I don't like to fuss and in life realize "YOU don't always get what you pay for " I had to go to another salon the following day and have the horrible coloring repaired . I am so glad I just ask for a very slight trim , I can only imagine the nightmare of a hair cut I might of got. I escaped with being told they had done me a favor of dropping a 10.00 charge , but when your in a upset state of mind you either run or stay and fight with them , I was so upset I just left . If you think I'm just a complainer I want you to know I'm not these people we're not my regular stylist but what I wanted wasn't that complicated .My regular stylist is out for 12 weeks for medical reasons .I should've at least stayed at my regular salon . Never again will I go here ,I would've felt better to give my money to a bum on the street than to feel as stupid as I do giving them almost a 100.00 ( Not counting the repair cost the next day )for the mess they made of my hair . VERY DEPRESSING !
