The haircut and blowout turned out well. The biggest disappointment in this salon is how they upcharge without even asking for approval from the customer. This has happened a minimum of 3 times in the last 6 months. When the appointment was made there was also the price we thought we would be charged. Today, the difference between the appointment price and the actual price I was charged was an extra $28. The stylist did not ask if I was ok with the upcharge and assumed it would be paid. Of course it was paid…..but they have lost a customer. Too much deception and scamming.- 1/17/22Rating 5.0Great customer service and amazing haircut by Patricia. She’s great and a master stylist. Words are not enough to encapsulate the warmth, amiability, and pleasure that Jenny always displays during each of my visits to this location. Over the many years of our frequenting this establishment, I have strongly recommended Jenny to all of my friends and colleagues within the Fair Lakes area- who have similarly reported experiences of commensurate excellence.
