- 9/4/23Horrible, absolutely awful!! We had an 8 AM appointment with Danny and we showed up early but he refused to see us because he had to see his “regular customer first” who was scheduled AFTER us AND who wasn’t even there yet. We explained that our appointment was for a wedding and we could not be late, but he refused. We had to wait 20 extra minutes to be seen by a different stylist and received a rushed, crappy service. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE.
- 4/2/23Hello, I had an appointment today at 3 with a stylist who was recommended to me. I got there 10 minutes before my appointment and let the lady at the desk know I was there. When it came time for my appointment the stylist took someone else, and then when that person was done he took his 3:30 appointment which was a two person appointment. When I went back to the front desk to ask what happened I was brushed off by the ladies there and told to just sit back down. I waited another 10 minutes just to see what would happen and when I received no help I left, I’d been there for almost an hour at that point. Hair Cuttery Team - 9/19/22My hair was very dry and damp, when I told the stylist as such, she decided to flat iron all wet spots instead of blow drying. The blow dryer was on lukewarm/cold the entire time which made my hair very difficult to flat iron. She only put in olapex. I had to stop mid-way through because the stylist wouldn't listen to me at all. When I ask her to shave the patch of hair in the back, she went for the front and shaved off a portion of obviously grown hair instead of the shorter hair in the back. I wanted a refund and the stylist and the manager forced me to pay the full $77. The stylist kept trying to make excuses for herself and told me to not leave a negative review otherwise it would look bad for business and if I did I would not be allowed back. I have gone to other hair cutterys and none were this bad. I have never want to have someone like that do my hair and not own up to the mistakes they made. I lost more money going to this place than going to a professional and getting it done there. You really need a receptionist It is so bad talking to different people every time I call. The place was clean as always and the atmosphere is always friendly. I been getting my hair cut there for the last 30 years, and never had an issue. Because I have color conditioning treatment and cut apparently it disqualified me from used. When I tried to use the senior discount of 10% off I also was not allowed to use that. Hair Cuttery Team. - 12/31/21Manager of Salon did not honor price that I’ve been getting charged for the same service which is in transaction history. Matilda, the stylist barely said anything throughout the service. No small talk or conversation. Seemed to have an attitude. Started product pushing as soon as I sat in the chair. Starting with saying I have dry hair and to get a treatment that costs $15/20 .. right through the end when she was pushing me to purchase shampoo & other items for sale up front. I had a poor visit previously also with KIm who was trying to charge me $56 for a blow dry with some made up calculation .. $22 blow dry, long hair $12, long hair $12. Charging me twice for long hair and still her price of $56 was just a random number she came up with. This was all before the service. When I questioned the amount she stormed off and another stylist did my hair. Won’t be visiting anytime soon. Lack of professionalism, rude service. They are more interested in making the most money off of you as opposed to providing friendly service and positive customer experience. Im amazed that every stylist has a completely different price for literally the same service. There is no consistency. The manager is nonchalant and unphased. - 12/7/20Left standing, although I had booked an Appointment. 2 hairdressers attending 2 customers and 2 walking were served while I stood and waited. - 11/7/20One of the hairdressers messed up my son’s hair. She did not listen to me when I told her how I wanted my son’s hair when I told her 3 times. When I was trying to explain to her what I wanted, she took a phone call and then she told the other hairdresser she wanted to go home cause she was tired. On top of all that, she didn’t know how to work the computer and tried to give herself a higher tip.
