Hair Cuttery Team. - 5/14/22I had a hair appointment today and ask for a metallic blue fade out, instead I ended up purple and dark blue fade out. I have short hair which shouldn’t have taken them long to do it. My appointment was at 1230 and didn’t leave there until 6pm. My stylist used a 20 developer instead of 40 knowing my hair is black, after 2 hours she informed me that she needs to use a 30 developer. Knowing that she messed up, she still had the audacity to charge me full price for it. Hair Cuttery Team. - 2/3/22Have been going here for years. Always just walked in for a simple cut when needed after work. I guess you have to have an appointment now? I was told they were completely booked when I walked in and since I didn’t have an appointment I couldn’t get a cut. Website still says walk-ins welcome. Hair Cuttery Team. - 12/13/21I booked an appointment with a hairdresser at the designer level which is more pricey. Profile stated she was a professional with different colors and techniques. I asked for a blended look of brown’s, caramels and some blonde highlights. My hair is very dark brown close to black and at the end I got highlights with only orange yellow and red tones! No color at all at the roots just the black I walked in with. I called and informed her the following morning and she told me it didn’t look like that when I left. - 8/14/21This is for Trinity. You’ll never know how special you made me feel today with my shampoo, cut and blow dry. I LOVE my undercut and my haircut!! Next time, I’m going to have a special symbol cut into my undercut and I’m thinking of taking your advice and having a couple of small colors added to the hairstyle. I picked Trinity as my stylist just because I liked her name. She was amazing! She took the time to find out what cut and color I was looking for. She never rushed me. It took a while but I knew this wasn't going to be quick and I appreciate that she took her time and my hair came out better than I expected. I will be back in 6 weeks and will ask for her each time.
