So disappointed.
I went in with long hair and wanted to get a medium length bob with some layers.
I ended up with a semi short/medium length bob and odd looking layers. I’m not sure how experienced my stylist was but the more she cut off the worse it got (layers)
I felt like crying, it was uneven and looked chopped off.
After several attempts of fixing it, I went to the bathroom and when I came out, she was at the cashier register ready for me to check out. I told her it was visibly uneven. So I sat back down and she eventually called a second stylist over, who made it look nicer but let my original stylist finish.
It went from really bad, to somewhat better. At this point, my hair was already shorter than anticipated and I just wanted it to stop before it got even worse.
I ended up paying, even though I probably shouldn’t have.
Even gave a tip (no thank you for that) and my hair stylist at this point couldn’t even look me in the eye anymore and just whispered an “I’m sorry”
In my opinion one shouldn’t be able to tell that it was cut, if that makes sense. Now I have to go elsewhere to attempt to save what’s left and pay even more at a different salon. After two great experiences at Manassas Hair Cuttery, I’m very disappointed with this visit and don’t even wanna wear my hair down :(
