Hair Cuttery Team - 2/6/23Just want to shout out to your stylist Dana. I have had various stylists over the years and I have always left disappointed until I found her. I showed her the idea of what I wanted and asked her to do a version that would work with my hair and face shape. She went above and beyond. I have gone back to her twice and everytime it is a perfect cut! Plus, she is very friendly and professional. Hair cuttery team. - 8/6/22Made an appt with first available stylist. Sent my 16 yr old daughter in to get a trim of her waist length hair. I didn’t go in bc there was no place to sit and it was a pretty straight forward haircut. She wanted 6 inches cut off the bottom. She showed the stylist multiple times. After over an hour I came in and she had at least 10 inches cut off and I could see my daughter was near tears. It looked a bit uneven but I thought maybe it just needed to be styled. Nope. Went home and straightened it to see the WORST haircut ever. Zero stars. My daughter definitely cried once we really looked at it. The next morning we went back and a new stylist , Justin, took one look at it and said I’ll fix it for you. He was super kind and showed her what he was doing so she wouldn’t be worried. He did an amazing job. Five stars for Justin. Thankful that he took the time to make a really bad situation much better. Hair Cuttery Team - 2/18/22I had Dana as my stylist and, I swear, she gave me the best haircut I have had in 30+ years. I have paid $$$ at fancy salons and the $30 cut she gave me was above and beyond any other stylist. She actually listened to what I wanted and was friendly, professional and did a fantastic job! - 10/10/21Don't bother if you are a walk-in, they don't know how to handle it. I waited 45 mins and realized they were taking other walk-ins, that came in after me, before me. - 12/1/20My son and I visited a Hair Cuttery last month, will never be back. First, we had our appointments scheduled at the same time, but one of the stylists didn't show up for work that day. Second, the stylists who ended up cutting our hair had never used clippers before. Our hair looked so bad we had to go to another barber THE SAME DAY to look normal. - 3/2/20Iv had my hair done only twice there by cindy and iv gotta say she does amazing work I feel comfortable when I sit in her chair I've had some bad experiences with getting my hair cut but she does a perfect job every time. I will definitely be going to her until I lose my hair
