My hair is VERY difficult to "bring up", but somehow, she managed to do it and make it look FABULOUS! She's kind, professional and always did a TOP-NOTCH job on my blonde. Hair Cuttery team. - 11/23/22Rating 1.0Zero stars!! Nitrice had cut my hair once and let her try a sew-in. My daughter referred me to her and just once was satisfied 2nd ok 3rd was AWLFUL! Should have went with my vibe I was getting, a very negative atmosphere and a feeling of discomfort.
She comes of as pleasant but very sneaky and rude.
Today I just needed a edge up less than 3 on my sides. Nitrice shockingly was short not only that for $25 I didn’t get my hair wash not even a spritz of water to make sure my hair was even. On my drive home all I can think about how I was mistreated and ripped off.
It’s rude to talk about your clients to other clients and people that work under you. That is not professional.
I typically get a survey after making my appointment. Was my transaction completed correctly $25 and I was generous enough to leave you $5 tip. I’m not one to make a scene but it obvious this is typical behavior from previous reviews. No worries I will never be visiting this location ever again! This location has turned into a Staples Mill location with lazy workers. Hair Cuttery Team - 11/23/22Rating 1.0I will not be going back. Ever since a few girls have left this location it’s gone down hill. The prices online are misleading also. I went in to have my hair washed and dried, that’s it. No styling, no special treatments, nothing! They charged me $42. That’s insane. Hair Cuttery Team - 10/6/22Rating 5.0I went in about a month ago. I was late for my appointment (by about 15 minutes), but they were very understanding and took me no problem. I was going from a ratty mullet(hawk) to an undercut with a short top. The stylist, Lola, did a great job, and was very friendly. I would absolutely recommend her and this location in general. In other locations I have often felt awkward while stylists were snippy with each other or were whispering behind each other's back. But not here.
