- 9/17/23We agreed on 2 inches off . She turned me toward the door and another patron so I couldn't see what was happening in the mirror. Off came 6 inches! I've always had long hair and I am completely heartbroken by this. This hair cut is hideous.

Hair Cuttery Team - 11/22/22You need experiences stylist to do all hair types. Called yesterday and was told only stylist that was not booked. Did not know how to do a blow out and flat iron. Of African American hair. Speechless. Hair Cuttery Team - 11/17/22I love coming to this location. My son and I both get our hair cut here. It is always a wonderful experience and our hair looks amazing every time. Jenny has taken such great care of my hair and achieved my blonde hair dreams! My son usually hates getting his hair cut but had the best experience tonight! Fatima cut my son's hair and was awesome and so engaging with him. They talked about his favorite show and all his favorite characters. He had a blast instead of his usual moody self while getting a cut. Hair Cuttery team. - 8/29/22Not so happy with the haircut I’ve received on 8/27/22. At home I noticed that my layers are short, choppy, and not very well blended. My bangs are pretty uneven as well but I can fix those on my own so I won’t complain so much. Hair Cuttery Team - 5/31/22Had the worst hair cut with Renee on thursday 5.26.22. in and out in 15 min with a wash and cut. When I got home it is not the same length on both sides. Hair cuttery team. - 1/23/22We have been here 4 times total. The first time was great. My 4 yo twin boys were given great haircuts with great service. This was when it had first opener. Every other time we have walked in, they have either told us they have no availability the rest of the day or not until 7-8 hours later. This is at 10-11 am every time. Seems to be a waste of a hair cuttery if you cannot walk in and get a hair cut. Won’t be returning to try anymore. Hair Cuttery Team. - 11/10/21I have been here twice. The first time was ok and my style is simple so I decided to go back. She butchered my hair leaving uneven strands in the back that were not noticeable until I washed my hair. The price they charge includes a shampoo. I was not offered a shampoo either visit. Two of the three stylist were busy. For the most part I was ignored until finally one of the stylist walked over and asked if I had an appointment. There were no people waiting and one stylist sitting doing nothing mind you. I was told they were booked until 5. It was 11 in the morning. This was the 3rd time I’ve seen the same person and have never had an experience like this. I was in tears from her cruelty and rudeness. Not sure if she was having a bad day but it was unbelievable. If I was more assertive I would have stood up and left but I was frozen in shock, then in tears. - 8/21/20Had to reschedule my original appointment due to a medical problem!
I called the day before, about 23 hr notice. Was told that the stylist I requested had an opening at 2:30 the afternoon of the original appointment. I agreed, and made sure I asked if it was with Breanna, the reply was yes! I got there today at approximately 2:15, and was asked by Breanna if I could come back at 3:30 as she was in the middle of taking care of another customer. I agreed, and came back at 3:20 and waited until 3:45, Breanna was with a customer. Don't know if it was the same or not, but there were at least 3 employees sitting around on their cell phones, and no one explained that Breanna was still involved with the other customer, or offered to take me instead! I would have gladly taken someone else, seeing that due to this Covid SCAMDEMIC I haven't been able to get a haircut for four months, but I took it that I wasn't important enough to be talked to, I left! I blame the person I spoke to to reschedule for lying to me, and I blame Breanna for lying to me about coming back an hour after my SCHEDULED appointment, and ignoring me when I came back. She could have taken a second to apologize, and I would have rescheduled. Now I won't be back! Thank you for the inconvenience and the lies!!! - 8/18/20I have been going to Brittney for a very long time. Everytime I see her, including today she works her magic and I leave so very happy! She is an AMAZING stylist and person!!!
