Had to reschedule my original appointment due to a medical problem!
I called the day before, about 23 hr notice. Was told that the stylist I requested had an opening at 2:30 the afternoon of the original appointment. I agreed, and made sure I asked if it was with Breanna, the reply was yes! I got there today at approximately 2:15, and was asked by Breanna if I could come back at 3:30 as she was in the middle of taking care of another customer. I agreed, and came back at 3:20 and waited until 3:45, Breanna was with a customer. Don't know if it was the same or not, but there were at least 3 employees sitting around on their cell phones, and no one explained that Breanna was still involved with the other customer, or offered to take me instead! I would have gladly taken someone else, seeing that due to this Covid SCAMDEMIC I haven't been able to get a haircut for four months, but I took it that I wasn't important enough to be talked to, I left! I blame the person I spoke to to reschedule for lying to me, and I blame Breanna for lying to me about coming back an hour after my SCHEDULED appointment, and ignoring me when I came back. She could have taken a second to apologize, and I would have rescheduled. Now I won't be back! Thank you for the inconvenience and the lies!!!
