- 10/23/23I took my 20 month old in there a little weary if they had the experience with dealing with babies/toddlers. Autumn was very confident and had patience with cutting my son's hair. She was very detailed and double checked everything, making sure it was perfect. She did an amazing job! She was so sweet! I will definitely go back to her to cut his hair. Thank you!

It was not cut evenly and on the left side a straight cut across on mid section of hair. Looks horrible. I'm not going back to get corrected. Why would I! I would like a refund... 49.00 for me to go to a pro to get corrected! Worse haircut ever!!! Hair Cuttery Team - 12/26/22Horrible all your stylist have an attitude problem! Unless you want your hair all messed up DO NOT go here. I would give zero stars if I could. Also one of your stylists loves to go into the publx deli and terrorize it's employees. Hair Cuttery Team - 11/3/22Apparently Han is still working there since I’m seeing recent negative reviews about her. Hair Cuttery is a joke. They do not care they have a stylist that is rude and has no clue what she’s doing to the point she burned and destroyed my hair last June. I am STILL suffering the consequences from her lack of knowledge. I have not been able to do anything to my hair other than try to hide it from people until grows back out. Hair Cuttery Team - 8/25/22My daughter asked for long layers and received what she describes as a “bowl cut with a mullet underneath”. There is a huge chunk of hair in the middle of her head with straggly pieces underneath. The layers are short on top and not well blended at all. Hair Cuttery Team. - 6/26/22I would like for somone to contact me, I am furious enough to take legal action. Hanh ripped me off and I am not going to take it, per your reviews I see she has done this before so you obvioulsy are not addressing the problem. Waiting on call from district manager, which I hope will be soon, I am pursuing this legally if not. I see all your reviews, especially for Hanh this is a problem and you need to address it! Hair Cuttery Team. - 6/26/22Hanh not only talked me into more services than I wanted she jacked up the price and ripped me off, if that not bad enough she used her finger to continually poke my forehead back, I told her I have a plate in neck so my neck doesnt have mobility, she says sorry and then pokes my damn forehead again, also tugged and pulled on my hair with round brush so harsh and rough my neck still hurts 5 hrs later, I was acually holding my neck with my hand to stop the jerking she was creating, faced me AWAY from mirror the entire time and told me to stop being scared I can see it soon, pointed out a few white hair,discussed amount to take off, I very specifically told her how much but she took an additional 3 inches at least, would let me pay at the end because she was trying so hard to get me to buy products, NEVER in mmy LIFE have I experienced anything like this, a 24 haircut turned into 76, Im in pain, she told me next appt to only schedule by calling her cell phone or texting her.Response from HairCuttery • 6/27/22Hi Heather, We’re so sorry that your experience did not match your expectations. Hair Cuttery Team. - 6/24/22Hanh will absolutely destroy your hair. Do NOT let her perform any service that involves any chemical solutions. She will not listen and is very unprofessional. My hair was literally falling out after she was done with me. I have all but begged the salon leader, Eleneese, district manager, Rebeka and regional manager, Mimi to help pay for treatments to make my hair more manageable because there is no getting it back. All agreed THEIR stylist ruined my hair but their only solution is to go back to Hair Cuttery for treatments. I can’t trust them!!! I mean seriously would you if they fried all your hair off from the root down?! BEWARE OF HAIR CUTTERY!

UPDATE: WE DID NOT COME TO A RESOLUTION! VISITED SALON AS INSTRUCTED BUT STYLIST AGREED COMBING TREATMENT THROUGH WET HAIR WASN’T A GOOD IDEA SINCE MY HAIR IS NOW MUSH. ELINEESE (spell ?) PROMISED TO CALL ME AFTERWARDS TO LET ME KNOW IF HAIR CUTTERY WOULD PAY FOR TREATMENTS ELSEWHERE THAT OFFER A SPRAY ON TREATMENT AND IVE HEARD NOTHING! REBEKA HAS NOT RESPONDED TO ME EITHER. NUMEROUS EMAILS HAVE NOT BEEN REPLIED TO. MY HAIR IS DESTROYED BY YOUR STYLIST YET THE ONLY RESOLUTION IS TO GO BACK TO YOUR SALON SO THEY CAN COMB TREATMENT THROUGH DAMAGED HAIR???? Hair cuttery team. - 3/27/22I believe my stylist was Hahn I feel as my haircut was done good due to what I was working with I started a new medication and suffer from something that causes my hair to break and stay damaged so coming in already insecure about what shape my hair was in hence why I was there to fix it and immediately I was criticized by the stylist on the condition of my hair which I thought was highly unprofessional I don’t mind recommendations on how to fix the problem then moving on to the haircut she proceeded to talk poorly of my scalp condition mind you I have psoriasis which again I’m insecure about and have only so much control
over that and I told her and her response was well it seems as if you have a lot of things going on don’t you all after she proceeded to talk poorly about me and the situation to another stylist while i was sitting there As well as she felt it was ok to talk to me about another client that she deals with who has autism and how complicated it is to deal with him because of his condition which is not ok to talk about someone’s/clients condition to anyone let alone another customer all around my experience was horrible and I promise you I will not step foot back in here. I normally never take to writing reviews because I feel like people are human and make mistakes but this is experience is something that has bothered me since I left and I just hope no one has to go through/ deal the same experience I had.
