- 3/14/23Wrong haircut and wrong color the consult she gave me was everything opposite of what I received today. I won't be back. My hair was supposed to be a violet brunette, it is a bright red/orange !!! ... Just don't go here. Never offered to correct to the correct color. Usually I give like a $30 tip, I only tipped $5 because there was not even an apology, just kept on defending herself. Unbelievable !!! Orange Red !!! She was not even paying attention to the haircut, every person who worked there kept distracting her, I don't even think she looked at my hair 5 minutes while she was cutting it. She says she has been there 20 years. Unbelievable !!! Layers are scattered and very uneven... My hair looks like a big mistake. I politely communicated my disappointment, politely, but very directly. She didn't care, so I didn't care about the tip.
- 10/25/22I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and I love this place …. BUT NOW , I Went in and asked for ONLY a trim and the lady gave me a full blown haircut. My hair wasn’t matched to begin with due to another lady messing it up so that’s why I asked for only a trim and to not touch the rest so my hair could grow all together and that I’d cut it once it got longer. But now I have layers, uneven , choppy hair that’s now frizzy due to it ! - 6/23/22Worst haircut I have ever received! Worst blow out, hair was still damp when I left. I asked for long bangs, can't even describe how awful the cut and bangs are. Very unprofessional and unfriendly staff. I will def not be back. I had requested Brianna on the website and got someone completely different. Hair Cuttery Team. - 12/18/21I have been a customer since before the pandemic and before Hair Cuttery moved to its current location. Before my last appointment, I was texted by a stylist to give me heads up that I would be charged more for a simple wash and blow dry because of my textured hair. In all the years I have been a customer at Hair Cuttery this has never happened. When I get there and question them they claimed that the prices have always been like that and that they just didn't charge me for some reason. The climate in which this country is in; I think it's distasteful, unprofessional, insensitive and racist to charge ethnic women women a higher price than others. I have no complaints about the stylists and I know they are just doing what they have been instructed to do. However after this next appointment, I plan to take my business elsewhere and this won't be the last that this situation is brought up.A change needs to be made so everyone can feel included and not separated for the texture of their hair. Hair Cuttery Team - 11/22/21I brought my daughter to get a haircut, and her stylist did an amazing job! My daughter loves her hair so much. I believer the hair stylist name is Brianna? I’d didn’t get her name, but she took her time and listened to my daughter what she wanted and I’ll say again she did an AMAZING JOB! I give her a 10, but the only reason I’m rating a 1 star is because my daughter overheard a conversation from one of the stylist to a customer (she had brown hair with a white streak) saying how immigrants are violent and how they ruin everything. If I would have heard that, I would have left, but my daughter didn’t say anything until we got home. Honestly, it made me sick to my stomach how that hair stylist and customer were casually talking bad about immigrants in front of a 14 year old. Hair Cuttery Team. - 7/28/21Not good. Layers were cut short, uneven, and in three straight lines across my hair, they weren’t blended in the slightest. Through out my hair there are long and then short strands throughout. Completely not laying the way it should due to variances in lengths. Will not be returning to this location nor any other Hair

She cut my neck multiple times with an electric razor. She also charged me for a shampoo and conditioner when she did not do either.

- 9/17/19Horrible ,on 9-17-19 asked for my undwrcutt shaved and she shaved more than what i asked for when i got home and took my hair out of my Bun i had chunks of hair comming out and its so uneven and butchered, mind you ive had my undercut for over a year now
