- 2/21/23I was in yesterday and got a haircut it is the worst haircut I have ever had it is chopped it’s an even and I am very unhappy was never showing the mirror to look at the back of it my bangs are just cut short and not even in the back is really very uneven

Hair Cuttery team. - 9/18/22I took my daughter today for her first cut in awhile. She went from very long hair to a gorgeous short cut. Hair Cuttery Team. - 5/3/22Ms. Shelia has been taking care of my hair for years. It's always a pleasure. She made me fall in love with my hair again...and I love her for that. To be honest, she puts me to sleep when she washes my hair too. (Massages my mind) The energy throughout the shop is absolutely beautiful. - 9/30/21Was looking for discount coupons and unable to find any and just sent an email asking if there were any available. Was literally contacted by the district manager personally by phone. She totally hooked us up with a coupon / gift towards my son's haircut. Stressful times for everyone right now and things were just tight this month. Feeling grateful and blessed with the awesome customer service and quick response and assistance to allow me to get my son a haircut. We have visited the salon a couple of times in the past, customer service is it Make It or break It issue for me. - 8/25/21I was charged $23.00 for a regular men's haircut yesterday.I have never been charged more than $18.00 at the most. No shampoo, no special requests or anything unusual. The lady cutting hair was not polite and treated customers that came in the door like they were nuisances.She acted like they were about to close even though it was the middle of the day. - 12/11/20This place is garbage. I was told to come in at 3. When I got there the lady came up with some BS excuse that she could not serve me and told me to come back at 7 which is there closing time which I already new. - 4/6/19I am only giving 2 stars because of the young lady TJ who did my hair the 2nd time, did a great job. If it wasn't for her, I wouldn't give any stars. The first time I went I went in for a trim, wash, and flat iron, a simple task. When I walked out you could not even tell I had just left a supposedly chain hair store. I was charged $63 for something that lasted about 2 days.. The 2nd time I went, I chose a young lady named TJ, she did a great job, I had hope in this business. I went for the same service, trim, wash, and flat iron. She went above & beyond on my head. Note this time I was only charged $46, and that was with her tip. Big difference in price for the same thing. The last most recent time I went, was horrible. I was greeted by a young lady I believe named "Amber", she stated she would be dong my hair. I had the same services performed, except this time I asked for a little bump with the flat iron process. She began to was my hair and stated, "you have very thick hair". I automatically thought about a prior beautician who stated stylist try to shy away from people with thick hair. She continued to wash my hair, she applied a deep conditioner, and sat me under the dryer. I was under the dryer for about 35 mins when I noticed a friend of hers came in, and she began her hair. She then came to me 10 minutes later saying how she gets some diagnosis in her hands and will make her hands cramp, so she would put me off on someone else. I began to get upset because if your hands are cramping there's no way you could do anyone else's head, that requires you to use a lot of hand movement. I sat under the dryer for an additional 20 mins before another lady came saying she would do my hair. She came sat by me for 10 minutes on her phone, before she took me from under the dryer. Now, I've had deep conditioners before, never have I sat under a dryer for 1 hour. After Laveria, I believe, began to blow dry my hair, she was brushing my entire face, she did not work out the kinks, she was beating my head with this paddle brush during drying. I was very heated but was trying to remain calm. Let's go back, after she washed the conditioner out, she was tugging at my hair, claiming to dry it, then sat me under the dryer again for another 10 minutes. As she was flat ironing my hair she burned my scalp about 4 times. with only apologizing once. She knows she burnt my scalp because I said something. Then I was charged $58,for the same services. Meanwhile, the lady with the supposedly cramping in her hands, finished her friends style, and washed & cut 5 guys hair. Now, how am I getting the same services performed by regular stylist none were master stylist, yet I am being charged outrageous prices.
This is the worst experience I have ever had, I will never return. I have better service with lasting styles at Walmart.
