- 1/31/23The ladies at this location are top notch. They are super friendly and are great hair stylists! I got my hair cut by Christina today and she did amazing. Great hair cut for a great price!
- 3/30/22I have long white hair which I sometimes trim myself. It had not been cut professionally since before the pandemic and was in desperate need, but my former stylist had retired and I didn't know where to go. After being treated rudely at two other local salons with "Walk Ins Welcome" signs displayed, I decided to try one more and walked into the Hair Cuttery. The gentleman standing at the desk (Lloyd), greeted me warmly, answered all my questions, and showed me the products they carry. I finally asked when he might have time to cut my hair. After checking his schedule, he said he could do it right then (a bit nerve wracking, because I am picky), but I agreed and told him what I wanted. He obviously understood, because the cut was perfect, completely even, and the exact length I asked for. In addition, the price was very reasonable. Hair cuttery team. - 3/16/22Not a Happy camper!! I got a simple wash, haircut, and blow dry which I normally pay $24 for ,they charged me $47. I'm so mad I'm seeing red. I've been going there for years and that's how they treat me. Hair Cuttery Team. - 8/14/21Made an appointment with Tammy for a wash/dry/and cut (saw her two other times before). Going into the facility, I noticed on the door a sign that the internet was down and they only were accepting cash, which I had none. An elderly lady walked in before me, looking for services, so I gave up my appointment for her, making an appointment for the next day at 11:00. Showed up the next day at 10:50, was rudely told by Tammy that there were two others before me. I told her I’d come back. Came back at 11:00 only to find Tammy at the desk on her phone, attempting to ignore me, and she asked me if I was Sonya. I said no, reminding her of yesterday’s events. She cut my hair dry, then asked did I need any other services done, and I said yes I needed a wash. After washing it, she said that I should be cooler going outside with wet hair. After putting up with her rudeness, I was not going to attempt to ask her to dry my hair. She charged me $29. - 7/11/21Heath did a great job coloring my daughter's hair. He bent over backwards to make sure she would be happy with her hair color! He made a suggestion on how she should wear her hair based on her face shape. He is one of very few stylist I've ever met who seems to understand that face shape makes a difference when deciding how to style or cut your hair. - 6/22/21What's the point in having a appointment if people who walk in go in front of you. I scheduled a appointment for my son, and the barber decided to take a walk-in before my son. - 2/27/21Worst haircut I have had in a long time. The cut was not even close to what we discussed prior to being. I ended up having to shave my head due to the fact that the fade and top look absolutely ridiculous. - 10/10/20I wish we could give no stars. Terrible experience! My daughter was in tears her hair looked so bad after the cut. She asked for 3 inches to be cut off, 6 inches was removed. Her bangs were blunt cut, it looked awful. I called the stylist and asked for a refund and she refused. She told me there was nothing wrong with the haircut. Luckily I was able to get her in with a hairdresser the same day and she saved the day. Never Again!
