She's very friendlyand professional. I like how she did my hair done and how she compliments it to her customers.

Though many people were satisfied when they left this salon, I am saddened to say that I was not. While I understand not everyone is accustomed to working with and styling African-American hair, based on this website’s reviews and its FAQs I believed I would be in good hands. However, after my shampoo, condition, and trim, my naturally curly hair became frizzy, brittle, and dry. Additionally, the way in which my hair was being handled was not standard practice for maintaining healthy curly hair despite being assured prior to my service that my hair would be properly taken care of. I would recommend this salon if you have straight hair or are getting your hair straightened and styled but I would stay away otherwise.

Horrible horrible hair cut. She cut my hair like a man's and made it extremely short around the ears, temple and all over. I am embarrassed to attend church without a hat to coverup the disaster. I will never, never go there again. I look horrible and feel like she gave me a man's haircut.

I had my haircut rushed, took 13 minutes. Her name was Estela, she cutted a part of my eyebrow since she was rushing and also being reckless. What I understand is that there can be accidents, but what got me angry was that she didn't own up to it. had to get those eyebrow pencils from CVS to cover where it was cut. Own up to your mistakes, it'll take you a long way. I'm not a guy who looks for problems, so when she said "No I did not do that to you" I said "Okay" and turned around.

all stylist in that location are good . there is some new faces .after Covid 19 come back the staff are very caring to Covid 19 regulations and sensitization .i feel very safe and comfortable when I go there .

Horrible service and very unprofessional.
I guess one star is still too much for this unprofessional and unfriendly hair Cuttery. When I called for appointment the person was so rude made my appointment when I was talking to her and try to confirm with her to make sure my hair dresser is there she said yeh yeh and hung up on me. When I arrived to my appointment next day my hair dresser said I don't have no appointment at 4:35 pm and my shift is over @4:00pm. The person was next to her was rude and very loud I told her i don't know who made my appointment but it's sound like you. That's it she attacked me with words and horrible attitude and body language. I didn't say anything.
Me and my daughter was standing like a idiot in the corner of the salon next to the door but this 2 not apologizing or letting Me know what they are doing on the computer or offer me something to sit or we will figure out this for you . Nothing. Just nothing.

she was yelling I really get upset I said you know what I don't need to talk to u and I am not here to get your attitude and watch to disrespect me. It's not my fault.
I start trying talk to my hair dresser but she was still yelling.m and cutting me off. I don't know what's her name. But I treated TOTALY differently l.
I asked her calm down I don't need to talk to you. Low your voice at me. And I am not talking to you.
I left with my daughter and I would never ever go back there. I made my complain to every where about this place. Worst place to go. Horrible ppl and very unprofessional. This is not the first time. But my hair dresser knew how to cut my hair the way i want it. I chose to go to her. And I ignored most of their unprofessional work and attitude.. It's just like ppl running the freaks show there. Beside it's not a environment you will enjoy to go there. Not cozy at all. And cleanses is bad too. Every one there are very mean and very depressed. When u entering no one approaching you or asking you what we need. The first thing you will hear what's your name what's your telephone number. Whom ever wants to go plz pay extra. 10 dollar go somewhere you enjoy it and treat you well...

Thuy is an excellent hair stylist, which is why I've been going to her for 25 years! I started with Thuy in Reston where I live and now travel to Springfield because she makes my hair look great! I trust Thuy to style my hair perfectly every time!
