- 4/8/23Today I called the Hair Cuttery on Main Street in Suffolk and Bethanny answered the phone. I asked to speak with Ariel because she is the young lady that does an awesome job on my hair. She was very rude when she told me that "Ariel do not work here on Saturdays". I had the call on speaker and my son could hear how she was talking to me and became very upset with the tone in Bethanny voice. Someone needs to talk to the employees at this Hair Cuttery on how to talk to customers, especially Bethanny. If she talks to other customers the way she talked to me on the phone, this location will lose customers. Hair Cuttery Team. - 8/10/22I would just like to say my experience with Ariel was wonderful. I have salt and pepper hair and sometimes it gets a yellow tint. I explained my problem and she told me what she could do. She walked me through each step of the process. I felt comfortable because she was so knowledgeable. I was happy with the outcome and the customer service she provided. Hair cuttery team. - 8/1/22I was totally impressed with Ariel. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. I had my hair colored and added partial highlights. She also cut my hair in a short angled bob. I have gotten so many compliments on the color and cut. She also cut my kid's hair too and was patient and listened to what they wanted to be done. I would highly recommend her to any of my friends. Hair cuttery team. - 8/1/22Ariel was great. She was able to get out the "wash out" blue hair (looked green) dye my daughter used at Christmas. She then added highlights and cut it beautifully. The girl had NO CLUE how to cut his style of hair and should NOT have been the person cutting it!! 2nd person stepped in and did not make it any better!! We had to leave and find a place to FIX their damage!! Hair Cuttery Team - 4/24/22" Just walked in" at 9:15 am on a Sunday morning. Two stylist there, 2 customers in the chairs, no one waiting. Was told I could not get a hair cut until later that afternoon. If you are going to advertise walk in service, you should have it available. Went down the street to " Great Clips". I’m beyond livid. I will NEVER return to your salon and I have been coming there for 13 years!! I called to book a same day appointment, the woman was rude but gave me an afternoon appointment after stating that they were almost booked up. Then I received and text and email confirming my appointment. I arrived a few minutes early to the appointment and when I went to check in I was told very rudely that my appointment was not for today it was for tomorrow. I showed her my text and email stating it was today. She told me just because I had that information it didn’t mean anything. Then she proceeded to tell me my appointment was today and that I was way to early. - 7/1/20Worst customer service ever. They have no respect for customers. I schedule appointment for 2pm but when I arrived I was told I have to wait 30 min in my car and the will call me when they are ready. After waiting for 30 min and no phone call from the salon I went back and I was told I have to wait another 15-20 minutes. What a joke!!! My question is what is the purpose of making an appointment if they can't provide service.
