- 8/1/23I absolutely adore Mina. I’ve been coming to her for Keritan treatments and highlights for years. She is absolutely the best.
- 3/31/23Visited this salon yesterday evening to get a simple dead end trim. The young lady that cut my hair was very polite however she seemed nervous. It was just a trim so she mentioned it was $26. We proceeded with the shampoo and cut and when she was finished she was taking the apron off and I did not realize that that price was without blow drying. I never been to a place that would give you a price that would have you leaving the salon with wet hair. I asked her how much more was the price with blow drying and she told me my total would be $50. Are you freaking serious? That's an additional $24. I have never heard of such! I will not be back for this reason. No wonder there was no one in the salon when I arrived and why the only woman in the salon when I left was is just as much disbelief as I was.
- 1/29/23Worst haircut my grandson has ever had to deal with. His bangs couldn't be any worse if Stevie Wonder had cut his hair. NEVER go to this inept place. Why do we not get an email or acknowledgement that were trying to post a review.
I arrived for my 11am appointment 15 min early. They just had me sit down after taking my name. My wife booked this for me. Only 1 person getting there haircut, while other stylest were just chatting. and another went and came back with food. at 11:05 still not being waited on. A lady comes in and askes if she get get her hair done no appointment. they signed her in and started with her. If the stylist who claimed to have my appt maybe could have at least said im sorry im running late ( I had no clue why I was sitting there with them just having converstions ) .I stood up and asked if i could get my hair cut the on who had been doing anothers hair for the past 20 some minutes goes im doing your hair when im done. I stated that I didnt request anyone i just wanted to get my hair cut... They all stopped the chatting they had been doing for over 20 min and just said we have appts. Yo me tuve que salir porque me di cuenta que ofrecen dos servicios, te cobran más si lo hace una experta y te cobran menos si lo hace una que está aprendiendo 🤣🤣🤣, obviamente nadie quiere un mal corte, que les pasa?
No adquirí el servicio porque la persona que tenía experiencia ya no estaba en hora laboral, más dijo que si podía hacerlo pero con una mala actitud, pagas por un servicio y no estás pidiendo nada gratis, así que si deseas tener una mala experiencia, visítalos.

Hair Cuttery Team - 8/3/22Dropped by to see if walk-ins were available in search of a haircut for my disabled sister who has mobility issues. Staff was welcoming and helpful as we situated my sister for her haircut. Mindy was the stylist and she was super nice and did a great job with my sister's hair as well as communicating with her during the service. Hair cuttery team. - 2/6/22Apparently walk ins are no longer welcomed. Arrived at 902a.m. door still locked and stylists on cell phones. Want just a basic cut no dry. Asked if I had appointment I said no. Said I had to come back at 1100. When asked if I had to make appointment one stuttered and the other was quick to say, yes. - 11/14/21Wanted a trim but my stylist didn’t even put effort into it she cut it with in 10 seconds and when she was done didn’t even check if it was even one side of my head is a lot longer than the other side I am very disappointed. I also got a blow dry and it made the total 60 dollars which would be the same cost at a high in salon and hair cuttery definitely isn’t that. She didn’t use a round brush to make the blow dry look some what nice she used her fingers and put me under a heating fan so she didn’t have to do as much work. I was already hesitant about going in because all of the terrible reviews I knew it was a bad idea. - 7/2/21I asked for long layers and trim off my hair with no blow drying. When I got home and my hair dried it was nothing short of disappointing. I have short pieces all throughout my hair and the cut is very choppy looking. - 6/30/21Told hairdresser exactly what I wanted, even showed her 3 pictures. Explained to her I’ve been growing my hair out and I wanted a TRIM and layers, she chopped off allllll my hair, expressed clearly to her I wanted to keep my length, that I wanted it to look like a trim not to look like I actually got a major haircut she said yes I know what you mean, well that’s not what I got! Cried the whole wayyyyy home and now every time I see myself in the mirror I cry my hair I worked so hard to grow out is gone!
