My last visit was probably one of the worst experiences Ive ever had at a hair cuttery. I have been a customer for 20+ years and have never been so frustrated by the time I left. I was told there was a 30 minute wait, and asked them to check the other local location. They said they had the same wait time. So I opted to just wait the 30 minutes. Every customer after me was told a shorter time at the other location and sent that way. It was never suggested to me again. After waiting an hour, a person with a messed up haircut came in, and was taken back before I was. The customer was given a full refund as well. Finally, after an hour and a half wait, I was taken back. It took the stylist all of 15 minutes to do my hair. I was then charged full price and never really received an apology. The only thing that was said was that the stylist who did my hair said she thought the other stylist was going to be done before she was. The stylist who didnt do my hair, was working on a color. And instead of doing small steps with me, she sat in a chair in the back socializing with her client. No more than what I was requesting, she couldve easily taken care of me. I will probably probably never return to the Lucy Lane location again.
