Went for a haircut and the lady did fine on the hair. She asked if I wanted my beard trimmed/shaped so I thought why not and said sure. I looked in the mirror and it looked fine. When I got home my wife immediately asked what the heck happened to my beard. Went and looked in the mirror and my neckline was severely jagged and two spots the clippers clearly went almost an inch into my beard. After paying for the haircut and beard trim and a 25% tip ($45 total) I had to shave my face. No possible way I could go to work or leave the house looking like that. Don’t know why she didn’t say anything at all. No way she didn’t know what she did.

Worst cut ever. Jolly bearded stylist combed hair down my back and began by cutting across my hair with scissors level to the floor. He clearly was not trained. Without mentioning I'd been to a salon a co worker asked where I got my hair cut and without waiting for a response added "Don't go back." Charged $40.

Maybe worst cut ever: I knew I was in trouble when the jolly bearded man who cut my hair combed it straight down my back and cut it straight across -- no finesse ... though he tried to soften the look. Today when I was volunteering one of the other volunteers asked me where I got it cut and added "Don't go back." I was charged $40.

I have no issues with the cut I received, but the FAQs on your web page say staff are required to wear masks and that a distance of 6 ft will be maintained in salon. No staff were wearing masks on morning of 6/8/22 and the two stylists working were in adjacent stations although all other stations in the salon were not occupied. I was about 3 ft from the other stylist and 4 ft from her customer. I asked my stylist to wear a mask and she would not even though I told her that I thought your website said it was required. If you don't require masks now, you should update your website. I'm also disappointed that my stylist did not mention that seniors are eligible for a discount on the day my hair was cut.

Hi Emmy H., Thank you for your feedback, we follow CDC guidelines , so our staff is not required to wear a mask at this time . if that changes with the CDC we will follow the guidelines set up . We offer senior discount M-W 9am-9pm, how ever a policy states that the guest must ask for it and present ID for each visit. Sorry for any confusion and we hope to see you again soon .

Andrea is the reason we go to Hair Cuttery; her expertise and friendly way make the experience more than enjoyable. I went in on 7/15?to have my eyebrows, chin/jaw and eye brows waxed. I knew something was up and when the two girls were debating who could do it then the wax was cooler then normal, then the lady didn’t pull the skin taut or rub on the cloth before pulling it off. Anyway I get to my car and cross the parking lot to target. Look in the rear view mirror and their is literally NO hair removed. I paid 59.74 and 24.00 was for a product. So I wasted 35.24 cent on NOTHING. I am filing a dispute with my bank and let them go to corporate for the money. Now to a whole other issue, she smelled so bad. Her under arm odor was like a 15 yr old boys musky arm pits. Totally disappointed since I’ve been going there since 2008.

Not good with black hair! New to this area, I called to see if they did black hair and was told yes. They were friendly but know little about black hair care. They used products that were drying to black hair. Took two weeks to get moisture back. The stylist cut my hair like he was cutting a bush. When I told the young man I wanted a rinse, that's exactly what he did...rinsed my hair!

I am growing out my gray hair, which in itself can be scary. Bree really helped me on this journey by explaining the process each step of the way, to ease the transition by toners and hair cuts. She was great. The hair looks great and I love the hair cut.

Frequently Asked Questions

- Hand sanitizer is a great second option but washing hands with soap is the gold standard and make sure if you are using hand sanitizer, that the alcohol content is between 60-70%.
- Hand washing works because the bubbles pull thing off the skin.
- Use warm water—not super hot because that will dry out your skin leaving cracks for bacteria (good and bad) to seep in.
- Then finish off with a clean towel or paper towel.

Barbicide®is a disinfectant used in hair salons, hospitals and other areas where germs and fungus can easily be transmitted. To Book on line:
1. Click the Client Login on the top right of the webpage.
2. Log into your account. If you do not have a login-please register.
Once logged in-you will be directed to the ‘Check Ins & Appts’ page or you can click on ‘Check Ins & Appts’on the upper right corner of the webpage.
- Click ‘Book Future Appointment.’
- Choose who to book the appointment for.
- Select the service.
- Select your stylist.
- A calendar box will come up with the days of the week. Your stylist has availability on the days that are highlighted in black clockwise. Pick a day to see appointment times your stylist has available.
- To see further dates, click on the view more cycle to scroll through the weeks.
- Pick a date and time that you would like to book an appointment.
- Confirm your appointment.
- View any of your upcoming visits on the ‘Check Ins & Appts’page.
- We will gladly reschedule or cancel your appointment, and we never charge any reschedule or cancellation fees. Your Salon Professional is happy to assist you in finding another time for your visit.
- You can also move your appointment to a time that works best for you through our Hair Cuttery mobile app, where you can book, reschedule and cancel appointments right from your phone!
