Would love to give NO stars! I went to this salon with full confidence that I would get great hair color, as I had been going there for years to the same stylist. I am getting married in 19 days and was excited to get my hair colored. The color is nowhere near what I have always gotten! The stylist LIED to me! She said that the computer system had changed and she had to search thru 15 accounts with my name to remember which color to use. I asked her if she was sure she got the right one. She said yes. When she applied the color, I again asked her if it was the right color because it didn’t look right. She assured me that she mixed it correctly. Then after she washed it, I told her that it definitely was not the right color. She told me to wait until she dried my hair and see if it changed. Yes, the color only got worse. She offered to try to fix it after a few washes. And she admitted that there was NO information in the computer about my hair color. So now… I am getting married in 19 days and my hair looks horrible. I cried all the way home and I hate it. It looks so fake! I have never had hair this color and I am so embarrassed to be seen in public like this. And I am devastated that my hair is ruined for my wedding. And for all of this, I had to pay $273? I am going to have to cancel the photographer for the wedding because I cannot have pictures taken like this. Wedding pictures are something that you should cherish for the rest of your life. I want no reminder of my hair looking like a fake clown head. I will never go back. Sure, she offered to try to fix it in a few days if it didn’t wash out a little bit. But my time is so limited with the wedding coming up and all of the planning and work that goes into having a wedding. And why would I trust her anyway when she lied to me? Sad thing is I can’t afford to go anywhere else now because I paid way more than I have ever had to pay there. One of the charges was $15 for a blowout. What in the world! They charge you to blow dry your hair? Do they expect you to go out of there with your hair wet?
